Built Forever Construction provides construction services for real estate investors in Northeast Ohio, including flip renovations, rental remodels, new construction, and project management. All services are subject to a separate written agreement, scope of work, and estimate provided to the client.

6. Project Photos

Photos of completed projects displayed on the Site are used with the understanding that they represent our workmanship. Property addresses are not disclosed without owner consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Service warranties, if any, are governed by the separate written agreement for each project.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built Forever Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
